Does Dopppel remember you?
Yes, once you sign in. Dopppel keeps the helpful bits from your chats, so you never have to say them twice. You can read every one, and delete any of them.

What it is
Most chat apps forget you the second you close the tab. Dopppel does not. When you mention your dog's name, the city you live in, or the way you like your email written, it keeps that — and uses it the next time you talk.
It saves the useful parts, not every word. And it is all yours: you can look at the list any time and throw away anything on it.
This one needs an account. Signed out you can still ask Dopppel anything, but nothing is kept — leave the page and the chat is gone. Sign in and it starts remembering from then on. New memories come from typed chats: a voice call uses what Dopppel already knows, and does not add to it. The longer you use it, the less you have to explain.
How to use it
- 1Sign in. Dopppel only remembers you when you have an account, because the list of what it saved is yours.
- 2Just talk. Dopppel picks up the things worth keeping on its own. You do not have to tell it to remember.
- 3Open Settings to see the list. Every saved thing is written out in plain words.
- 4Delete any one you do not want. One tap, and it is gone for good.
- 5Want a chat it forgets? Tap the dashed chat button at the top of a new chat for a temporary chat.
Questions
Do I need an account for Dopppel to remember me?
Yes. Signed out, you can chat all you like, but nothing is saved and nothing is remembered. Sign in and Dopppel starts keeping the helpful bits from then on.
Does it remember everything I say?
No. It keeps the useful parts — your dog's name, the city you live in, how you like things written. Not every word.
Can I see what it saved?
Yes. It is all in Settings, written out plainly. Nothing is hidden from you.
Can I delete a memory?
Yes. One tap in Settings and it is gone.
Is there a chat it will not remember?
Yes. A temporary chat is not saved and not remembered. Leave it and it is gone. Dopppel does not use your old memories inside one either.
Do my friends see my memories?
No. In a Gäng, Dopppel cannot see your memories at all. What it knows about you stays in your own chats.
