What it is
Some answers are better looked at than read. How to tie a knot. What a bird sounds like. What a place looks like before you go.
So when your question is a visual one, Dopppel goes and finds the pictures without being asked. They come back as a row of thumbnails above its answer, and you tap one to see it big.
Videos work the same way, and they play in the chat — no new tab, no leaving the conversation. Dopppel says a line about each one, so you know which is worth your time before you press play. Say "play" and the name of a song or a clip and it goes and finds it.
How to use it
- 1Ask about something you want to see, the way you normally would.
- 2Look at the thumbnails above the answer. Tap one to open it bigger.
- 3Press play on a video to watch it without leaving the chat.
- 4Say "play" and a name to go straight to one thing — "play the trailer for Dune".
Questions
Do I have to ask for pictures?
No. When the topic is a visual one, Dopppel fetches them on its own. You can ignore them if you do not want them.
Do videos play in the chat?
Yes. They play right where they are. You do not get sent to another tab.
Can I see a picture bigger?
Yes. Tap a thumbnail and it opens large, so you can actually look at it.
Can I ask it to play a song?
Yes. Say "play" and the name and it finds the video for you.
Can it look at a picture I send it?
